As we enter the second week of work on my bathroom, I’m really excited about all the development. But there’s one change that I was less prepared for – saying goodbye to the bathroom pigs!

Regular readers may remember the incredible work of the ‘Pig Fairy’ who periodically scattered pig stickers throughout the castle. There were four in the bathroom and today the last of them, which was stuck to a grab rail, left the building.

While I’ll miss the bathroom pigs there are still plenty more in other rooms, and who knows, maybe the Pig Fairy will return to bless the new bathroom with more sticky swine.
