Taking it On the Chin

My chest-banging tic is a lot less intense than it was, thanks to the Habit Reversal Therapy exercises I’ve been practicing. I still do it several times a minute, but it’s much easier to manage.

But, when I did it just now, my thumb caught my chin leaving a scratch. This is something that happens about once a week. Last week’s has only just healed and now I’ve done it again. It’s not a big problem, but it always takes me by surprise.
