A couple of days ago I fell down in the entrance hall of the castle. In the process, I banged my head partly on the ground and partly on the hefty welcome mat. The result, as Leftwing Idiot pointed out today, is that my forehead looks like a texture-effect sample book.

I’ve got a string of injuries side by side on my forehead each with very different marks. There’s a stipple-effect graze and some straight diagonal scratches.

I’m going to try really hard not to add any more to the collection for the time being.
