I’ve just been reading over some of my earlier blog entries and what struck me was how powerful it felt to be able to share my thoughts without random interruptions from my tics. Although the tics are often funny it was refreshing to see my own words in solid sentences without the constant presence of squirrels or babies. My tics are often distracting and put me off my train of thought. Reading back through what I’d written helped me feel more in touch with myself.
Blogging is clearly a better way of finding yourself than taking a gap year.
