It’s 1:00am and I’m writing this in bed on my phone. It’s a struggle to write because I’m moving so much. I’m exhausted, can’t sleep because I keep making a loud howling noise, and my body’s contorting all over the place.
I’m trying to stay positive but when things are like this – particularly at night – it can be difficult for me to manage on my own. It’s an intense and unpleasant feeling that is caused as much by the time of night as by the tics themselves. Thankfully, nights like this don’t happen very often.
