I have a seatbelt on my wheelchair. For me it’s essential because my body moves around unpredictably.

I’m having an on-going battle with my belt – it needs tightening all the time because it gets stretched out by some of my big full-body tics.

Will tightened it yesterday morning and then just a few hours later he had to do it again. In the process we discovered a little label attached to the belt.

This made me laugh and I tried to think of things you could use a seatbelt for that didn’t involve safety or restraint.

There’s obviously a more serious issue, too – for me this is a safety device. I’ll mention this comical label and my on-going belt frustrations when I next see my wheelchair mechanic.
